How to Access the Samsung TV Plus App on a Samsung TV

The most common way to access the Samsung TV Plus app is with Samsung Smart TVs released since 2016. Internet connection is also required. If your smart TV meets these requirements, then you need to follow the steps below to access the Samsung TV Plus app on your Samsung TV.

  1. open your samsung tv.

  2. Use the app bar located at the bottom of the TV screen to navigate to Samsung TV Plus app.

  3. Click on Samsung TV Plus app Enter the experience.

The Samsung TV Plus app should be in a fixed position on the far left of the screen, not mixed with third-party apps. It’s also worth pointing out that while the Samsung TV Plus app was previously only available on Samsung smart TVs, Samsung has introduced a web version of the Samsung TV Plus app. It’s also getting Chromecast casting support through Google TV devices in 2021.

Content on Samsung TV Plus

Samsung TV Plus works similarly to services like Pluto TV and Peacock TV’s free tier, offering a variety of channels featuring curated content. Channels currently available on Samsung TV Plus include NBC News Now, USA Today, TV Land Sitcoms, The Walking Dead Universe, VICE, Unsolved Mysteries, Fear Factor, Pac-12 Insider, Bon Appétit and QVC. New channels are also occasionally added to the app.

Users can also choose to delete any channels they don’t want to see. To do this, select Channel List, then Edit Channel. From there, select the channels that should be deleted by checking them and selecting Delete.

While Samsung TV Plus no longer supports in-app purchases or rentals, users can still access previously purchased movies and shows in the Fandango Now app. Users can also enhance their streaming experience by linking their Fandango account with Movies Anywhere, or by accessing purchased content through the Google Play Movies & TV and VUDU apps.
