Earlier this week, OnePlus announced almost all the key specifications of the upcoming OnePlus 10 Pro. Although the release date has not yet been determined, the phone is expected to be released later this month. Before the official debut, OnePlus has already demonstrated the second-generation Hasselblad camera system of this phone.
OnePlus 10 Pro is equipped with a brand-new OnePlus billion color solution, allowing the phone to take full 10-bit color photos. Compared with its predecessor OnePlus 9 Pro, it has increased by 64 times. 10-bit color is not limited to the main sensor, but also supports telephoto and ultra-wide-angle cameras.

Another major highlight is the new 150° ultra-wide-angle camera, which provides about four times the field of view than the ultra-wide-angle cameras on many of the best Android phones. Similar to the ultra-wide-angle camera of Realme GT 2 Pro, the ultra-wide-angle camera on OnePlus 10 Pro also supports fish-eye mode, “replicating the appearance of a dedicated fish-eye camera.” You can even capture an ultra-wide-angle lens in a more traditional 110° field of view and use AI-driven distortion correction.
In terms of software functions, OnePlus 10 Pro brings the second-generation Hasselblad Pro mode that supports all three rear cameras. It allows users to take photos in 12-bit RAW format using Hasselblad’s natural color solutions. OnePlus has also added a new “authorized RAW format” called RAW+, which combines the advantages of RAW shooting with the computational photography intelligence of mobile phones.
The new mobile mode allows users to better control various settings-including ISO and shutter speed before and during shooting. It can also capture video in LOG format without a preset picture profile, enabling users to capture videos with higher dynamic range and more shadow and highlight information.
