Not everyone has a problem with their Pixel 6.
The Pixel 6’s bugs have been well documented at this point. While the hardware is mostly great and a big improvement over previous Pixel models, the software experience has been an issue for many Pixel 6 users. It’s a shame, too, because Google’s hyped up the software, thanks to its new Tensor chipset powering the AI behind it all.
Of course, no cell phone is perfect. Even the best Android phones have had their fair share of issues, especially after the Android 12 update. That said, some users don’t seem to experience issues as often as others. For example, Android Central workers using the Pixel 6 seem to have fewer issues than those using the Pixel 6 Pro.
We wonder how this translates outside of our small test group. Do you have a Pixel 6 or a Pixel 6 Pro? If so, have you encountered any major bugs?
Have you had any issues with your Pixel 6 or Pixel 6 Pro recently?
Part of the difference is that many users who downloaded the December Update had serious network issues. But not everyone received the December update, especially many US Pixel 6 owners. So it caused Google to stop the update until it could fix the issues, which will be rolled out with the upcoming January update.
Let us know in the comments what updates are going on for your Pixel, whether it’s starting in November, December, or the most recent January 2022 patch available for your device.
