The Samsung Galaxy S22 has arrived with much fanfare – and while its four main colors may not be bold and daring, its case certainly is. Samsung is emphasizing personalization and customization with this generation of first-party phone cases, with swappable shoulder straps, back panels, and straps on many of its cases, adding extra glamour to the ensemble. The company has also taken a big step forward with its charging accessories, and we’ve seen the first 15W wireless chargers since the standard launched in 2019.
Galaxy S22 Series Silicone Sleeve Strap
This case style debuted in the Galaxy Z Flip 3, and thank goodness the Galaxy S22 got it too! The case itself is available in navy and white, but this case will be highly customizable thanks to a strap with interesting patterns and licensed designs sold separately.

Galaxy S22 Silicone Case
If you love custom colors, but can’t get them because you bought them through your carrier, the first-party Galaxy S22 Silicone Case will have you scratching your head, even offering us the S22 Ultra-exclusive red.

Galaxy S22 Clear Case
Samsung wants you to show off all their design prowess and those bold custom colors, so it’s offering a clear Galaxy S22 case with a slightly matte finish. While $20 isn’t bad for the first case, there are actually better cases that are more affordable.

Galaxy S22 Clear Stand
The stand case adds functionality without adding too much bulk. This clear case lets you show off the colors of your Galaxy S22 while being practical. I just wish the stand would work in portrait, not just landscape.

tough but fun
Galaxy S22 case
Samsung’s heavy-duty cases are designed to keep your Galaxy S22 safe through its four years of updates. The brackets on the back are actually two brackets in one: one at 45 degrees and the other at 60 degrees. As with several other first-party S22 cases, separate stand straps will be sold as licensed designs.

Galaxy S22 LED View Cover
Much like the first-party S-View case, this Dot Matrix case allows you to check the time and answer/reject calls without opening a portfolio. Unlike the S-View, though, this Samsung Galaxy S22 case actually functions via a card/cash flip underneath the LED cover.

The best feeling and sophistication
Galaxy S22 Leather Case
While there are other high-quality leather cases out there, Samsung’s is hard to beat. The colorway matches the S22’s colors perfectly—the S22 Ultra’s burgundy color is especially favored, while the S22/S22+ is a deep forest green—and the case is raised to help protect the camera.

Galaxy S22 S-View Flip Cover
The S-View is still somehow alive, and this generation of the Samsung Galaxy S22 S-View case has shrunk the window down to a small window about the size of the Galaxy Z Flip 3’s cover screen. From there, you can view incoming calls, notifications, and time.

Galaxy S22 Bezel Cover
This Galaxy S22 case comes with a sturdy bumper and two replaceable back panels, and can be customized with additional back panels sold separately. If you need to catch up every five minutes between TikToks, the included board includes a regular clear back and a mirror finish.

Samsung 15W Wireless Charger Duo
For years, the only 15W wireless charger for Galaxy phones was the 15W Wireless Charging Stand, and we now have two first-party pad options to choose from. Duo lets you charge your Galaxy S22 and Galaxy Watch 4 or Galaxy Buds 2/Pro.

Samsung 15W Wireless Charger
If all you need is a wireless charging pad without any extra watch functionality, this charging accessory for the Galaxy S22 will save you money and desk space. While it’s also white, Dary Grey ages more gracefully (and shows less dust).

1.8m Samsung data cable 5A
Previously, in addition to the 45W charger, you could only get a 5-amp cable (the one with the e-mark chip required for Samsung’s ultra-fast charging), but that’s about it. Now you can buy this longer 5A cable directly from Samsung.

Samsung 65W Triple Adapter
This three-port charger lets you charge your laptop (or tablet), Galaxy S22, and USB-A peripherals like the Galaxy Watch 4 at the same time. The only downside to this charger is that the prongs don’t fold.
Personalize your Galaxy S22 case
While older classics like S-View and leather cases have their uses, if you’re going first-party for your Samsung Galaxy S22 case, you should opt for a customizable case. Silicone cases with straps and protective stand cases in particular look like they have the best chance of a lively licensed design – featuring designs from Disney, professional sports teams and custom artists during the keynote, but it It’s unclear when (and how much) it will appear. You can currently buy five separate straps: fluorescent yellow, black, gray, and two patriotic patterns in red, white, blue, and stars. (Samsung currently sells straps designed to work in Korean for the Everland, Goal Studio, and Galaxy Z Flip 3, but we don’t yet know if the strap length/width is the same for the S22 series.)
If you’re in need of other case ideas, we’ve rounded up the best Galaxy S22 cases, Galaxy S22+ cases, and Galaxy S22 Ultra cases for your perusal.
Samsung didn’t pay much attention to wireless chargers during the S22 launch, but the new 15W wireless charger has been a long, long time coming. long Time is up. If you own a Galaxy Watch, the Duo is what you want to charge everything together. If you don’t own a watch, the Single should serve your needs well.
